Earth and City was created in September 2010 as a way to connect our love for preparing and eating healthy food to the work we do on a daily basis. For us, when we eat according to the Ontario growing season, it becomes the most gratifying and worthwhile way to experience food. This is the inspiration behind the ingredients we choose and recipes we make for our menu.

Toronto is where we live and work, and we love it here. The city is made up of beautiful neighbourhoods, and the majority of them open a weekly farmers’ market to the local community. We’re so proud to set up and sell our food in so many of them.
